In order to ensure that the design characteristics of Fuel Shut-off Valves are met, KK Precision has designed and built a modern assembly and testing facility. The components are received, inspected, cleaned (P&WC CPW 152, cat. B) and stored in a clean room environment.

Once the valves are assembled, a flow test is performed allowing us to validate the individual parameters. A complete record is maintained allowing us to document and substantiate the individual performance for each valve.

Upon receipt of an order, the components are gathered and the valves are then progressively assembled as per customer specifications.

The flow testing facility was custom built to meet the tight requirements in measuring various operating parameters including the residual flow in the valve in a closed condition.
